The fastest way to reach us is email. We reply within 1–2 business days.
To help us help you faster, include the email address you signed in with, your phone model, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help a lot.
Billing and membership
For questions about your membership, a payment, or a refund, write to the same address with the subject line Billing and mention the approximate date and amount of the payment. We respond to billing queries on priority.
Account deletion
You can delete your account any time from Settings → Delete account in the app, or see how account deletion works.
