Delete your account
Request deletion of your Kalpa account and its associated data.
You can ask us to delete your Kalpa account at any time. The fastest way is in the app: Settings → Delete account. If you can't access the app, use the form below and we'll process the request for you.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted we remove your profile and birth details, your chosen guide and conversation history, your saved questions and decisions, and your app preferences. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What may be retained
We may keep a limited set of records where the law requires it — for example billing and tax records for completed transactions, and minimal logs needed for security and fraud prevention. These are retained only for as long as required and are not used to rebuild your profile.
How long it takes
We confirm your request by email first, then complete deletion within 30 days.
Request deletion
Email us from the address associated with your Kalpa account and we will confirm before anything is deleted.
Please send it from the address you signed in with — that is how we verify the request is yours. If you cannot, write from any address and tell us the account email; we will ask you to confirm ownership another way.
