This Privacy Policy explains how With You Inc. ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Kalpa (the "Service"). Your questions are yours: Kalpa is designed to be a private space between you and your guide.

1. Information we collect

• Account details — your name and email from the sign-in provider you choose (Apple or Google).
• Birth details — the date, time, and place of birth you provide, used to compute your chart.
• Your activity — the questions you ask, your chosen guide, and your saved decisions, so guidance can build on your story.
• Device & usage data — app version, device type, and diagnostic events used to keep the app reliable.
• Payment status — your subscription state. Card details are handled by the app stores and payment processors, not by us.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the Service — compute your chart and give personalised guidance.
• To remember your story so you don't start from a cold start each time.
• To operate, secure, and improve the app, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.

3. AI processing

Kalpa uses AI to generate guidance, and we disclose this plainly. Your inputs may be processed by trusted AI service providers under contract solely to produce your responses. We do not sell your personal information.

4. How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service (such as cloud hosting, analytics, AI processing, and payment processing), under agreements that limit their use of it; and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your personal data, except limited records we must retain for legal, billing, or security reasons. See Delete your account.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your information, and withdraw consent, by using the in-app controls or contacting us. To delete your account and data, use the in-app option (Settings → Delete account) or our delete account page.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

8. Children

Kalpa is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
