These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kalpa mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"), provided by With You Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Kalpa is

Kalpa is a personal Vedic astrology (jyotish) guidance app. It reads your chart, explains patterns, and helps you think through your own decisions. Kalpa provides guidance and perspective for personal reflection. It does not guarantee any outcome and is not a substitute for professional advice.

2. Not professional advice

Content from Kalpa is for personal guidance only. It is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and it makes no guaranteed predictions. Decisions you make are your own. For medical, legal, financial, or mental-health matters, please consult a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. By using Kalpa you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may request deletion of your account at any time from within the app or via our delete account page.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Kalpa may be free to start, with optional paid subscription plans. Prices, billing periods and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and are managed through the app store you purchased from (Apple App Store or Google Play), subject to their terms and refund policies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, access it through unauthorised means, or use it to harm others or break the law.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, design, and trademarks, belongs to With You Inc. or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding or content except to use the Service as intended.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, With You Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on guidance from the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
